Labthink introduces new PERME DM2/330 Differential and Equal Pressure Methods Gas Permeability Tester. The innovative PERME DM2/330 is applicable in gas permeability tests for plastic film, laminated film, sheet, plastic, rubber, glass, metal as well as kinds of containers such as bottle, box, bag etc. Test terms include gas transmission rate, solubility coefficient, diffusion coefficient and permeability coefficient.

This permeability tester complies with GB/T 19789, GB 1038, ASTM D3985, ASTM D2622, ASTM F1307, ASTM F1927, ASTM D1434,ISO 15105-1, ISO 15105-2, ISO 2556, JIS K7126-A, JIS K7126-B and YBB00082003

Features
1. Both Differential (manometric) and Equal pressure tests can be performed by the unit.
2. Be capable of getting gas transmission rate, permeability coefficient, solubility coefficient and diffusion coefficient of testing gas.
3. Controlled by computer, fully automatic.
4. Three independent chambers could behave tests for three different samples meanwhile
5. With one test, customer could get six results by two standards of three different samples.
6. Automatic temperature control
7. Curve-fitting function could be used to get result under various temperatures

8. Could be extended to perform special test for toxic and explosive gases.
9. Three judging modes for testing termination: proportional, non-proportional and manual.
10.Web transmission port supports data sharing between LAN network as well as internet.
11.Could be quick calibrated using reference film
